On August 1^st Adelaide Wool stood alone for the first time in Melbourne's wool selling centre offering wool to the worlds wooltrade via the auction method. Adelaide Wool had a successful sale despite recent falls in the price. 161 lots were offered consisting of just under 1200 bales of which 158 bales were passed in which represents less than 15%.
